I am still 'doing' rallies though none as far as the Ravin Mad Rally on Orkney which I did on my VMAX booking in with over 600 miles. This year i rode to my 23rd Dragon Rally. Not bad for an Old Bird!! |  | Bob Kawasaki VN800 Honda CBR600 Started on bike's quite young, bought my first love, a 125cc BSA bantam at 13 years old, paid 4s 10d (24p) out of my paper round money plus traded my old push bike. Used to ride around the woods where I lived, on the roads at 16 on a 197 Ambassador until 18 years old, then joined the army 1st RHA, passed my test, they gave me a Landrover, maintained it and fueled it. ( can't be bad ). In the Doldrums up until a couple of years ago, then found myself again. Now I'm a member of the best M.C.C in the country. Jayy ( Baubles ) Wright Suzuki GSX 650F **Another Northerner** Before you ask (and i know your gonna )the name Baubles came from the fact that i have SUB-DERMAL implants in my arm which a friend pointed out, looked like Baubles under my skin. i've been riding bike's for 4 years, my first being a Honda CG125, i rode on a CBT for 3 years and passed my test in July 2009. I then progressed to a Suzuki SV650s and now to my GSX650f. I love riding and spend countless hours up and down A road's, B road's and motorways...... Whatever the weather, if i can, i WILL ride.!!!! One day i would love to build a custom chop' or Bobber. | | |
